Autograph note and letter fragment [manuscript], 1906, n.d.

In a note, 1906 December 20, Andrews pronounces Lincoln, Nebraska, the "finest residence city in the land." In an undated letter fragment, (possibly a letter to the editor of the Lincoln Nebraska "Journal"), Andrews advocates a joint public and private administration of public utilities, starting on a trial basis with any given one.
